The Building Services employee will be responsible for keeping the buildings in clean and orderly condition. This role will perform duties such as clearning floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, washing walls, glass, and furniture, and removing rubbish. 

This role is for our afternoon shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm).

• General clean up of all office facilities
• Sweeps, mops, dumps garbage and recycling bins, performs all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, board rooms, restrooms, and the lunchroom. 
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, and window coverings
• Clean and stock restroom facilities
• Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, switches, desks, tables, plugs, equipment, appliances, sinks, toilets, blinds, etc. 
• Maintain outside grounds (remove snow, ice, and debris, spray and remove weeks, sweep and clean gutters, etc.)

• High school diploma/GED
• Minium 1 year of cleaning experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings
• Ability to prioritize and maintain your own schedule
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
