The Millwright is responsible for maintaining all machines and plant equipment; including but not limited to mechanical stamping presses and automated assembly equipment. The successful candidate will work alongside the maintenance team and various other production and tooling personnel to ensure production requirements are met. 

• Maintain all machines and plant equipment, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance including removing, disassembling, rebuilding, reassembling, and installing
• Prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all plant and health and safety policies and procedures
• Perform welding tasks and operate shop equipment and perform basic machine maintenance

• Certificate of Qualification for Millwright or 4th Year Apprentice
• Previous experience in stamping is an asset
• Able to understand drawings, working sketches and operating manuals
• Must have working knowledge of in-house hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment
• Experience with routine maintenance operations
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of safe operating procedures
• Self-starter, with developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
